Salon policies

These policies help me give every guest a calm, focused, one-on-one experience. Please review them before your appointment.

Cancellations & Reschedules

Life happens — I get it. Please cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation text or email. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of your appointment are charged 75% of the service price.

No-Shows

If you do not show up to your appointment and do not call to let me know you're not coming, you will be charged 100% of the service you're booked for. If you no-show 3 times, you will be asked to put down a 50% deposit to book future appointments.

Confirmation & Pre-Arrival Form

You'll receive a confirmation 48 hours before your appointment and a required pre-arrival form 2 hours before. The form takes about 2 minutes and lets me know your beverage choice, essential oil, and whether you'd like a talkative appointment or quiet time.

Late Arrivals

If you're running late, please reach out as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure I can deliver the best result without rushing other guests.

New Client Consultation

All new guests are required to complete the digital consultation form before booking. This helps me recommend the right service and prepare for your appointment.

Children & Guests

Because the studio is a small, intimate, one-on-one space, I kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment when possible. Children under the age of 13 MUST have an adult with them during their appointment. While my goal is to always be transparent about pricing and what our process and desired results will be, any decisions made by a minor while an adult is not present will be honored and will not be refunded or changed without paying for an extra service. To prevent miscommunication or unclear expectations, I recommend a parent stays through the whole consultation with their child to be sure we're all in agreement as to what will be done during that appointment.

Refunds & Re-dos

Your happiness matters. If something isn't quite right with the agreed upon service and results, please reach out within 7 days of your service and I'll make it right at no charge.
